  • I’ve been mentoring, coaching, and leading a team of five designers on Webflow's Growth organization.
  • I’ve helped set and contribute to our product strategy for Growth from yearly plans to individual experiment product specs.
  • Created and led various processes for the larger Design team such as onboarding resources, guides for hiring, contributing to the design system, etc.

  Senior Designer @ Loom

  March 2018 — January 2020
  • I designed and shipped multiple video and screensharing features for Loom which are now used by tens of millions of people everyday.
  • Owned several growth experiments and features end to end, such as phone registration, onboarding improvements, and contact book syncing. Each of which had a positive MAU impact.
  • I love being part of the team by participating in design critiques, contributing reusable components to the design system, and helping with interviews.
  • Built and open-sourced design tools (Figma Plugins) to automate various design tasks which saved us time and helped to build the Discord design brand.

  • Designed new features for Zendesk peripheral software and  UX improvements to the Zendesk e-commerce site.
